Q: What does my certificate of authenticity come with?
A: Your certificate of authenticity breaks down the scientific specifications for you in an easy to understand way over your piece. This will show you information in terms of gemstones carat weight, size, locality, known treatments (If any), Metals used & Estimated Retail Replacement Costs.
Q: Can you size my ring for me?
A: In most cases yes we can for an additional fee. All of our jewelry is set to standard US ring sizes. You also may reach out to a local bench jeweler who may do this for a minimal cost.
Q: Can my item be returned?
A: You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date given that all items are returned in the original condition that we sent it to you in.

Q: How long does it take for my item to arrive when shipped in the United States?
A: Typically it takes 1-3 days to process your order. Once processed we will then ship it securely via USPS. This typically takes 1-7 days for them to ship it to you. We do provide you a tracking number to see where your package is while in transit.
